You will always receive information about the development of the project:

• You will be immediately informed about the main changes in the work plan/schedule.
• Emergencies are treated as an absolute priority.
• Sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to a change in the work schedule. There can be hundreds of reasons why this happens, often due to delays caused by third parties. This can cause irritation and anxiety, so I will do my best to inform you of all such changes.

For all new installations, we provide a written warranty for 12 months, and for repairs - for 3 months. All our work is guaranteed.

If a defect occurs outside the warranty period, a partial or full fee may be charged at the discretion of The London Plumber.
